Our fairytale

Once upon time there was a woman with a big heart and a sweet soul who lived on the top of the Balkan Mountains in the small village named Premeca. Her name was Mika and she was my grandmother. She taught me everything I know today about flavors and how to produce all the ingredients we need for baking. Her secret ingredient was LOVE, which she believed was the most important thing for good quality milk, eggs and food.

Today, I continue her legacy by making all my cakes and deserts with LOVE, using LOCAL and ORGANIC produce, real eggs, milk, butter, pecans, walnuts and almonds with no artificial flavors added.

Our bakery menu is inspired by European and Balkan style sweets with a mix of flavors from my home town and countryside. Our SEMISWEET cakes and desserts are a heavenly blend of custard, ganache, and mouth-watering flavors that will leave you wanting more. We can't wait you to try and experience the magic of our baked goods!

We are proud to create cupcakes that are not overly sweet. We use a variety of chocolate ganache flavors to frost them.
